Refund & Return Policy
At SHE, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair extensions, bundles, frontals, closures, and wigs. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on any purchased items.
Store Credit Eligibility
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for store credit under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 10 days of your in-store purchase or 10 days after receiving your online order.
Returns are only eligible for store credit of equal value, minus original shipping costs. You must present proof of purchase receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. Returned hair items must be in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as when purchased (this includes unbroken bundle ties, unworn wigs, and unopened lace products).
Return Shipping
We only cover return shipping if the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. If this occurs, please contact our customer service team immediately with photo/video evidence. We will issue a prepaid return label if your return meets the above criteria.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We highly recommend tracking and insuring your return shipment.
