Processing & Shipping Timeframes

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 12 business days. For Raw Curly Hair in lengths 24" to 30" and Raw Blonde Hair, please allow 1 to 15 business days due to high demand and premium sourcing requirements.

Overnight Shipping

We offer overnight shipping if the item(s) are in stock and payment is approved before our daily shipping cutoff. CALL BEFORE PURCHASING.

Same-Day Pickup & Delivery (Local Orders)

For local online orders, we offer same-day pickup or same-day delivery when the order is:

Shipping Carriers & Liability

We use trusted shipping providers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery of your premium hair bundles. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.
